The 3rd wave of Covid-19 is here, and people are already preparing for it. But how do you make sure your kids can be best equipped to protect themselves? In this article, we will talk about some simple steps that every family should take!
Sanitize
The best way to keep yourself and all your goods healthy is by using hand sanitizers, disinfectant sprays or even washing with soap when outside. This will make sure that you never get any viruses in return!
Improve immunity
There are many ways you can improve your immunity. We suggest taking pills or natural remedies, for example drinking milk with turmeric and honey in an Indian style of using ayurvedic treatments like inhaling vapours from eucalyptus oil which has disinfected throats lungs nose where virus tends to stay; kabasura kudineer(an Ayurvedic mix) was approved by Tamil Nadu Govt, so it’s worth trying out too!
Exercise
Physical activity is an essential part of boosting immunity and overall mental health. It’s best not to overdo it, especially if you have a fever – then do so lightly! And Playing outside is a great way to get some fresh air, and it will make you feel rejuvenated!
Food
Clean, healthy food is essential for a long and happy life. You should eat lots of vegetables to maintain your physical well-being as well avoid junk foods especially from street vendors because they don’t usually follow good enough hygiene practices so the produce might not be fresh or clean in general!
Help your immune system stay strong by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables with vitamin C. Some great examples are oranges, gooseberries (AMLA), lemons etc., but don’t give them when you already have a cold because this might make things worse for ya!
Omega-3 fatty acids are important for brain development. So make sure you consume foods containing them!
Use of masks
We all know this is a must-wear, but be careful with babies, as they don’t have very developed lungs. Breathing through it might cause an issue for them, and you could block their throat or even strangle them if there’s no proper fit! Make sure the product has low quality material because those will likely end up inhaled by your little one before long enough to wear around everyday life.
Always maintain distance
Keep your distance from those who are sick, especially if they have been vomiting or showing other signs of infection. Even accidental touches can spread COVID-19 when it comes into contact with infected objects!
For sick kids
You should be consulting the doctor immediately if your kid is experiencing sickness or any other health issue. Follow their instructions to ensure they get well quickly!
Quarantine
Quarantine is an important step in preventing the spread of Covid. If you have tested positive, make sure that your family stays away from other people until they are properly vaccinated or quarantined too!
