A new craze in education is coding. Apple and Google seem to be pushing it, there are even some apps for kids! But what exactly does “coding” mean? Well according to dictionary.com: “The term originated from the word cipher which means substituting letters of an alphabet with numbers or symbols” So essentially you’re just using math instead of words when talking about programming languages such as Python 3
1.Grasshopper: Google Web app
Grasshopper is a new app that teaches coding skills using games to build on your knowledge. You can move through levels by completing challenges, and it’s designed so beginning learners like yourself will get help along the way!

Kodable teaches kids everything they need to know about computer science, from zero-to JavaScript. The free app has in app purchases that start at Rs 519 per month and target children between the ages 4-10 years old who are interested learning how a programmer thinks or even better yet – writing real code themselves using its custom built coding interface!

Codecademy is an online coding school that offers courses for students of all levels. It’s flexible, accessible and engaging way to learn how to code makes it possible for anyone to gain skills in employability as well as building something meaningful with technology!
